Our team has sat on both sides of the funding table — as program officers, as nonprofit leaders who have written hundreds of grant proposals, and as facilitators who have helped foundations and their grantees find alignment and move forward together. We bring that dual vantage point to every engagement: we understand what funders need, and we understand what grantees experience. That makes us a better partner to both.

We work with philanthropic clients in two distinct ways, and sometimes both at once.

When you need support for your own organization — strategic planning, board or family alignment, facilitation, organizational assessment, or a fresh outside perspective on where your giving strategy is headed — we work directly with your team to think it through and build something that lasts.

When you need support for the people you fund — convenings, capacity building, facilitation, or other grantee-facing services — we work alongside your program staff to design and deliver supports that help your initiatives succeed and your grantees make the most of the opportunity you’ve given them.

We work with a small number of clients at a time, by design. When we take on a philanthropic engagement, we’re genuinely invested in the outcome — not just the deliverable.
