Rachel Rosenbaum is a Los Angeles County–based institutional fundraiser with more than a decade of experience in education, youth empowerment, affordable housing, social justice, and the arts. She has held leadership roles in fund development at organizations including California Youth Connection, Bright Prospect, and the Neighborhood Music School Association. Rachel’s work in the nonprofit sector has helped launch new initiatives, strengthen existing programs, and guide organizations through financial recovery and growth. In 2024, Rachel shifted to consulting and Rosenbaum Consulting and joined the CWC Affiliate team in service of her commitment to helping mission-driven organizations secure the resources they need to thrive.

Rachel holds a Bachelor of Music in Clarinet from the University of Michigan, and a Master of Nonprofit Leadership and Management from the University of Southern California. Outside of work, she enjoys going to concerts, trying new restaurants, and exploring her way through every national park.
